I will never return to this store. I bought a pair of running shorts and went back the next day to exchange them because there was a small hole, but they claimed I caused it—even though I hadn't even worn them. The attitude of the man who helped me was horrible. Just remember: without customers, you don't have jobs...

I was in on 8/6/26 with my grandson looking for his first fishing rod. Amire in the Saugus store was the person who was helping us. He went out of his way to work with us and finding all the things we needed to make a little boy happy with our purchase. Took his time and was very attentive. Called his supervisor to ask questions as that was not his specialty. Just wanted to give a shout out to a real good sales person. Very kind and helpful and an asset to your store! Came here as an Instacart shopper. I was able to find most of what I needed, but had to find an associate for the last 2 items. The first person was not sure, but was happy to call over someone else. They helped me out immediately and found what I needed in the back. Very pleasant and friendly.

Got an amazing price on a new set of golf clubs for the girlfriend after shopping for the same set at a nearby golf store for double the price that wasn't the best part the best part was the friendly team of 4 people who searched for head covers and a missing club all with a great attitude. Great product at a great price in a great environment cant beat that might go back this week!

AMIR is absolutely amazing! Great customer service, very helpful with helping my finance and I find comfortable shoes for work. Thank you Amir for going above and beyond. Will definitely be back to buy more things.
